Terms and Conditions

To participate in the MOSCOW MENTAL HEALTH EXPO 2018 a company has to send an application form to the Organizer no later than 1 March, 2018.

This form is booked as the Exhibitor. With reference to the form the Organizer sends a draft of the contract and invoice to the Exhibitor.

Exhibition area

Stand area can be 6 m ², 12 m ² or 20 m ².

Building up

Standard equipped area is a stand made of panels Octanorm and white wall elements. The height 2,5 m. Stand is equipped with a standard boader (height 30 sm).

The basic equipment of the stands depends on stand area.

Payment order:

After the filing of the application for participation and obtaining account Exhibitor makes an advance payment in the following terms:

In the case of a contract for less than 6 calendar months before the date of the exhibition: in the amount of 70% of the cost of services under the contract with in 5 business days from the date of receipt of the invoice;
In the case of a contract for more than 6 calendar months before the date of the exhibition: 50% of the cost of services under the contract within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

Full payment for participation must be made no later than 30 days before the exhibition - September 1, 2018

The organizer has the right to cancel the registration of the company as of the Exhibitor does not confirm the payment on time.
