UNION FOR MENTAL HEALTH OF RUSSIA LAUNCHED TWO-MONTH COMPANY TO SUPPORT NGOs IN COPING WITH THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has hit the charity sector hard: donations have been decreased, projects have been postponed indefinitely, and many organizations are on the verge of closing. ⠀
Nonprofits trying to hold firmly, to unite and mobilize all resources to assist their wards. The significance of their work in this difficult time cannot be overestimated. At the same time, NGOs themselves are in dire need of help. ⠀
The Union for Mental Health of Russia has launched two-month company to support NGOs in coping with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. ⠀
Every week we will upload the information about our friends and partners – Russian non-profit organizations that provide help for people with mental disorders. Please, kindly note that behind each story there is a real person who finds himself in a difficult life situation, who needs not only socialization and recognition, but also essential goods, medicines, paid utility bills, and art materials which allow them to get out of a crisis state.
We are sure that each of us is not indifferent and can participate in the fate of NGOs to help them protect those who are now in the most vulnerable position. Donating directly to NGOs you will support people with mental disorders!
