Dear colleagues,

To guarantee the wellbeing and safety of our delegates, staff and suppliers involved in this event, the Russian Organizing Committee has taken a decision to reschedule the III Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century due to the COVID-19 outbreak spreading in the world.

All engagements with the Organizing & Scientific Committees related to this congress are automatically shifted to the new congress dates that to be set in September. The updated information will be uploaded at the Congress website on the regular basis. The Collection of Scientific Papers will be published before 26 June 2020 and uploaded on the Congress website.

We hope that all our delegates and guests will be able to join the Congress in new dates in Moscow.

We'll do our best to ensure that the postponed edition of the III Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century remains a success.
